Product Issues

We want to make sure a customer is happy with the product purchased. If a new product is opened and a defect is present, we want to make it right.

We would like to see pictures of the defect, our manufacturing process is about making the best products possible and we want to learn from any mistakes. If you could email pictures of the defects encountered to and advise who you are, we can then work toward getting the issue resolved. If the subject of the email could be “Defect Issue”, we would greatly appreciate that so we see these right away.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, please advise via email and we will find a solution.

Refunds and Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from manufacturing, we are about solutions so we will work out the best way to rectify any situation that occurs and it will be our highest priority.
